HP Image Assistant - install.cmd'.Invalid or not found.

I have been trying to use HPIA.exe to update the drivers and here is the command line that I'm using.
C:\SWSetup\SP121443\HPImageAssistant.exe /Silent /Debug /Operation:Analyze /Selection:All /InstallType:Autoinstallable /ACtion:Install /Category:Drivers,Firmware /ReportFolder:C:\Drivers\logs /SoftpaqDownloadFolder:C:\Windows\Temp\HPIA /Offlinemode:C:\Repository
However, when I checked the "HP Image Assistant.log" I see the below errors.

when I run HPIA in offline mode I never use the option " /InstallType:Autoinstallable" and all softpaqs install correctly.

Thank you for reply. I tried without the switch /InstallType:Autoinstallable still I get same error. Looks like the issue is with SoftPaq's and the wrapper.exe.
I'm trying on the model "HP EliteBook x360 1040 G7 Notebook PC".

Is the file there? For example:
Yes, install.cmd exists in the location specified. The installation seems to work fine if I run install.cmd manually. I suspect HPIA may be calling the install.cmd file incorrectly for some updates.
