HP support for production issue!
I posted with regards to a production issue with HPIA on this forum on the 6th September and my post has yet to recieve a reply.
It's very frustrating trying to use a tool that clearly has issues, but not being able to get support.
a) Can someone from HP please look at my issue?
b) Is there another more realible way I can get support for issues with HPIA assitant, other thatn posting on a forum and hoping for a reply?
PS. My company sells HP and is a HP Partner
