Jobs APIJ Sign Up

I'm trying to sign up for the Jobs API using the link provided in printOS at https://www.printos.com/market/#/product/jobsapi 

The sign up link goes to a new link that is apparently a HP ecommerce platform.

Our normally lenient firewall blocks access to this. -  "The certificate used by this server has been marked as untrustworthy and the connection is not safe"

Totally aware that I can do an internal expemption to access the site but is this an active, safe connection?
