SSO for HP ID

Start by going to Zendesk Admin>Security>Single Sign on and enabling a JSON token.  

Enter the login/logout URL for HP ID.

Grab the JSON token and store it someplace, you will need to add this to the developer's portal.

Save.

Click on Staff and enable external authentication, select JSON.  Save.

Click on End Users and enable external authentication.  Save.

Go back to Support

Go to Channel->API

Create a token.

Save this token, it is used for dev portal authentication.
