Can't generate secret key
The instructions to generate a secret key from my PrintOS account don't work. When I go to "Application Connectors" tab, there is no option to add a new connector. This may be a side-effect of having a multi-customer account. I am a field service engineer for HP indigo and can view the status of all of my customers, however, only one customer account at a time. I'm trying to create a query to each of my customer accounts and shows current daily impression data for each machine on a dashboard. As far as I know PrintOS mobile app and web app cannot do this.
Question to developers of printOS: Would I need a secret key for each customer account?
Thanks for the PrintOS mobile app, it really helps me keep tabs on the productivity of my customer's machines.
