hp lasjet pro m402n

Hi everybody,

i try to print with a ip adress.

For detail, this printer is connected by a ip (172. xxx.xxx.xxx) and it's the right ip. In the PC I can use Win or Linux. In WIn, no problem.

- When I want to use this printer the answer is "printer is not responding" or "cups-pki-expired". I have also an other answer when i use hplip :

"No Installed HP devices found"

Several propositions with hplip : hp-setup; cups web interface or printer installation utility. No one give me solution. For example, when I use hpo-setup, this is the answer :

hplip cannot detect printers in your network

This may be due to existing firewall settings blocking the required ports. When you are in a trusted network environment, you may open the ports for network services like mdns and slp in the firewall. For detailed steps follow the link. http://hplipopensource.com/node/374

(The link is not correct...)

- The ping with this ip :  PING 172.xx.xxx.xxx (172.xx.xx.xx) 56(84) bytes of data.

I have only this answer. When I want ping an other adress (ping www.google.fr) : i have no problem.

- Ufw is not connected.

If you have an idea
