Issue with Box API calls

- API connection issue between Amazon AWS and HP PrintOS Box Issue

We are facing an issue with API communication between AWS and PrintOS Box. A custom connector was created and has recently stopped working.
The error reported is 404 - " No API found with those values"

This was due to an issue we had on May 11/12 which was caused by an unexpected update to a 3rd  party cloud-based service which routes calls to our backend hosts.  Calls going through our API proxies for PrintOS Box and PrintOS Site Flow (using PrintOS authentication) were unable to reach the backend servers which caused this 404 response.  HP is investigating the source of this change and working on a plan to insure it doesn't occur again.  We deeply regret any downtime this caused.  All API traffic should be back to normal.  If you're still having issues please contact support through your PrintOS organization or post a question in this forum.
