Issues with the HP WallArt suite plugin
We are planning to use the HP WallArt suite plugin in our WooCommerce shop and have already connected it with our HP account. But currently we have some issues:
The total amount of the order is not displayed in the WooCommerce backend: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bd4emuj7tn8gtqe/Screenshot%202020-04-08%2011.48.43_v2.png?dl=0. It only shows 0,00 €.
The order was created in WooCommerce but did not go through the checkout process. So the customer is not able to pay for the order via PayPal or any other payment method.
We also regularly receive the following error message when starting the HP WallArt suite: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9ythpylv9z44m30/Screenshot%202020-04-08%2011.51.26_v2.png?dl=0. When reloading the page the HP Applications center start but takes very long to load any content.
Do you have any idea why these issues occur and how we can fix them?
