When printing in Ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10 you will need to run "system-config-printer", from a terminal, and under the "Job Options" tab you will need to mark the box "Scale to Fit". This will scale the page so that it will show up in it's original form during the print.

-
The hp-wificonfig tool should be run separately from hp-setup for the Officejet 6000, series Officejet 6500 series and Officejet J4600 series.
- The preferred path for wireless printing on these devices is to configure your wireless enabled unit via “hp-wificonfig” prior to running “hp-setup”. As it stands, you can setup your wireless queue via “hp-setup” which invokes the “hp-wificonfig” command automatically (assuming you select the wireless option). However, invoking this command via “hp-setup” can possibly fail to work properly.
-
